Salsa Meatloaf

How I make Salsa Meatloaf:

1 lb of hamburger [Half of a small package]
2 c of Salsa
2 eggs
1 1/2 c of Garlic Cheese Bread Crumbs [smashed]
1 1/4 c of Mexican Cheese
1 1/2tsp of Garlic Powder
sprinkle of pepper
sprinkle of basil

Preheat oven to 400F; Combine the hamburger, salsa, eggs, bread crumbs, 1c of cheese,  1 tsp garlic powder, and pepper. Place in a buttered loaf pan. Top with the remaining 1/4 c of salsa, sprinkle with garlic powder and basil. Bake for 45 min. then remove and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 c of cheese; place in the oven for 5 more mins. Remove and enjoy.

My honey loves my meatloaf. Growing up I hated the stuff, but then my grandma June gave me the idea of putting the salsa in it...and it taste AMAZING.
