[Amanda's Spicy Sausage Dip]
Okay, this dip is like amazingly tasty, and amazingly suuuper easy to make! It is one your whole family will love. My kids even like it. Just to name a few of James' most favortiest [is that even a word??] things, sausage, sausage, and then more SAUSAGE. He loves it! He has requested that this dip be a monthly, and maybe even a weekly snack at our house. :]
Recipe. Get ready. Set. go.
1 pk. of Sausage
1 Can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
1 block of creme cheese
fry up the sausage, while can of Rotel goods and that block of creme cheese are heating up in your crock pot. Then mix all ingredients together. Wala. Yum. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
{ Side note: I added 2 cans of Rotel and a block and a half of creme cheese. Delish. :] }

Love that dip. It is delicious. Although, I started making it a smidge different. I use the sausage, cream cheese, 2 cans of chilis and monterrey jack cheese. (8oz. maybe) Oh yeah, and a splash of milk. It gets really cheesy. We really like both..they are so good! Now you have me craving it!
I love Rotel and we do Rotel with velveeta cheese :) but will have to try this next time
