The LonG 4th {pt. 3}
The third part of the day was driving to Sandy Point...on our way there I must mention we stopped at WaWa and James bought me a meatball sub.:) We hopped on Papa's boat and boated over to the Severn River for some tubing action. I didn't even go tubing, but I'm sure sore. My dad was trying to get James off the tub, he took a sharp turn, we hit a large wave at that very instant...guess were I landed...on my boo-tay. OUCH! I was laughed at. I laughed too. Anywho, James, and Mikey Mo had fun on the tubes...the kids too.
After that, we headed back to pick up Michael and Rachel for the fireworks. We anchored in Annopolis. It was totally beautiful! There were hundreds of boats and sailboats. The fireworks were really awesome, and longggggg...thirty minutes worth! James and my mom had fun blowing the boat horn, and fog horn. It was very memorable. The kids loved it. Ty kept saying, "Oh my"....and such. :)
The ride home though was scary. Almost pitch black, then all the other boats...and I'm sure some of them were drunk. The waves were massive, thirty minute ride back to Sandy Pt... And the preggo lady needed to use the el bano BAD. But, we survived...:)
When we got back to Nana's and Papa's, daddy let Meg and Ty do some sparklers. What a packed day. Happy FOURTH! God Bless AMERICA!
