A NEW ME

My husband won! He loves to work out...and do I?? Well, no not really, but he won. I have now officially started working out. He has always asked me to work out with him, and I tried to one time, but he kept wanting me to do to much=)...well, that's what I thought anyway! He says it will be fun for us to work out together. So, he looked up some bowflex exercises written by a lady for a lady and brought them home for me. Isn't that just so thoughtful, spending his precious time looking up workout routines for me? So, I have given in and told him I will workout. I am suppose to look like this in a couple of weeks...BIGGER AND BADDER OF COURSE!!!=)

I am not one of the strongest yet, but I will be in a couple of weeks...=)

We will see how long this lasts, it was actually pretty easy, and it took like twenty minutes. I like easy and fast. I hope it makes a difference.=) I could feel me burning off my electrolytes by the minute! I woke up this morning sore, and needing some serious heating pads to relax my tense, tight, swollen bi's, tri's, and abs.=) Just kidding, about the heating pads, but I was sore. That's a good sign, right hon?? Who can say, "no" to this face...

6 left some love:

Sarah,
James great-grandmother we called her MeMaw she was a riverter in
WWII she was so small that she would clean the inside of the big guns on the battleships. She was a
Rosie Riverter, so the picture you posted is very meaningful to us. Give my grandbabies a big hug and kiss.

Yes, the wifey is finally putting yet another Proverbs 31 principle under her belt (vs 17). Got a love it. That’s my virtuous woman! =) Oorah

I need to be doing the same thing-just can't seem to get motivated though! Soreness is a good sign!

We're getting a bowflex in August and looking forward to working out on it together. The only time we can will be during the girls nap time, which means I won't get a nap anymore. DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND THIS KIND OF SACRIFICE?
